This #Zyliss thingamabob is pretty sweet. I got this idea from @ohsheglows - her recipes are incredible, & this was a tool she recommended on her blog. I searched high & low, & resorted to ordering it online. Used it to make zucchini ribbons for lunch (along with tempeh & pearl couscous). If you love PASTA πŸ™‹try this lil tool for a healthier veggie noodle option. Just salt & drain for 15 min or so after slicing. YUM πŸ‘

A Flex Friday that’s really a Throwback Thursday, because this was over the β˜€οΈsummerβ˜€οΈ. I had just had baby #2 six months before and was super-proud to get some muscle tone back! THIS summer I am preparing to amaze myself. My husband & I threw together a bunch of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, red potatoes) with quinoa, herbs, and a little bit of Asiago, and baked it all under a sprinkle of GF Panko. Super scrumptious! Lunch & dinner for days. πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

On organic kale leaves, spread your favorite hummus, sprinkle on nutritional yeast, & top with some julienned veggies (this is a mix of carrot, broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage). Flavorful & LIGHT! 🌱 eat more plants!

It is NEVER too late to get your body back…or create an even BETTER body than you’ve ever had! Having two kids back to back (& gaining lotsa poundage with the first) made me scared I would never again enjoy the level of fitness/musculature I had before pregnancy. I had to work my tush off, but I decided it was worth it. 

It all starts with a DECISION. Decide you are worth the effort, inconvenience, temporary discomfort - this is your one & only life. You deserve to feel beautiful & strong in your skin!
